Business Administration focusing on the real estate industry
Our dual training course in Business Administration focusing on the real estate industry will help you on your way to becoming an expert in strategic property sales and purchases. You will be warmly welcomed into our Transactions team, where you will be involved in exciting real estate transactions with tasks such as analysing different properties. Alongside this vocational training, you will also study at the renowned and state-approved IU International University of Applied Sciences in your chosen location. Your blocks of lectures at the university will alternate with your practical work at our company (20 hours of practice and 20 hours of theory per week). To further support your learning process, we also offer additional courses at our facilities on a regular basis. The result: after three and a half years, you will be perfectly prepared to embark on your future, for example as a consultant or analyst in the world of investment.
Business Administration focusing on property valuation
Our dual training course in Business Administration focusing on property valuation will help you on your way to becoming an expert in real estate consulting and valuation. You will become a fully-fledged member of our Consulting and Valuation team, in which you will work on current projects involving tasks such as analysing property portfolios to support our Transactions team. Your parallel studies will take place at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg, Germany, where blocks of lectures providing you with the required theory will alternate with your practical experience at our company approximately every three months. After three years of combined education and training, you will be at the top of your game and ready for a permanent position, for example as a valuation consultant.
Dual training in Industrial Engineering and Management
Our dual training in Industrial Engineering and Management is the perfect way to acquire new skills and hone your talent. After three years, you will be able to proudly call yourself a qualified Technical Property Manager. Your role in our Property Management team will introduce you to our day-to-day operations and technical building management activities for exciting commercial properties – exactly the kind of premises you will independently manage once you have successfully qualified. Your vocational training will be accompanied by a study programme at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Stuttgart, Germany, which will teach you the theory to accompany your training at our company. These practical and theoretical elements will take place in alternation in three-month-long blocks.
