As Managing Director, I handle all of our property management activities throughout Germany to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution for their properties. Our team of around 250 employees at nine locations works to offer our clients the entire spectrum of real estate management services – cost-optimised and tailored to suit their individual needs and requirements while also considering the day-to-day challenges they face. Our services for our clients include providing advice on and supporting the implementation of solutions compliant with the ESG taxonomy and helping them to identify energy-efficient management potential.
