I have been the Manager of our Hamburg branch since 2016 and am also the Head of the Transaction division. My favourite area of work is the office market here in Hamburg, in which I have already supported a multitude of significant project developments, for example developing overall concepts and finding suitable main tenants. A prime example of such projects is the development of the HafenCity. I was able to find suitable occupants for this quarter right from the word go, and organisations from a variety of sectors such as Germanischer Lloyd, Spiegel-Verlag, Taylor Wessing and even Lloyd’s Register are still proud users of offices in the HafenCity in the present day.
