As Managing Director and Branch Manager at the Berlin office, I am responsible for the Transaction division. This includes the letting of office, industrial and retail space as well as its sale to institutional and private investors. In addition, my team and I take care of the sale of apartment buildings, residential complexes and residential portfolios.
Project highlights
- Sale of the Stream office high-rise in the Mediaspree project, rental space: 45,000 m2
- Letting 52,000 m2 to a federal authority in the first quarter of 2017 and selling the property
