As Managing Director and Chief HR, MarCom, Digital & Innovation Officer, I am responsible for Human Resources, Marketing & Communications as well as digitalization and innovation topics from our Frankfurt office.

The HR area includes strategic personnel planning, the development of our employees and strong employer branding, which we promote through targeted HR marketing – both internally and externally. In Marketing & Communications, we are implementing all measures to strengthen the BNP Paribas Real Estate brand in terms of communication and operations: from our corporate culture to the marketing of our press and research products to the international marketing strategy of the BNP Paribas Group.

In the area of Digital & Innovation, we bundle the digital and innovation topics in various committees and ensure that the defined projects are managed and advanced throughout the company.
