As Head of Human Resources, I am responsible for the entire HR department from our Frankfurt office. This includes advising all business divisions, including our sister company Real Estate Investment Management, through the HR Business Partners, Recruiting and HR Marketing, Learning & Development as well as Administration & Payroll and HR Controlling / Compensation & Benefits. The aim of my team and I is to continuously provide the best possible quality HR support and at the same time drive forward the strategic direction of our Human Resources function.
