My work involves coming up with company-specific workplace concepts that take a holistic approach and consider the areas of culture, space, services and technology. Together with my Project Solutions Team, I support customers throughout Germany in tasks ranging from strategy development to the analysis of needs with regard to design, planning and implementation. When doing so, I focus on the topic of change management, which plays a central role when providing support and guidance during the change process.

Varied projects

We are increasingly being asked how much office space is still needed due to mobile working and the use of 3rd places. In addition, the use of office space has also changed significantly. Pure workstations are becoming less and less important; communal areas for exchanging ideas, brainstorming and teamwork are becoming more and more important and now account for a large proportion.

What is very exciting is that the “one-size-fits-all solution” does not work here. Instead, it is important to take an individual look at company-specific activities and requirements and use this to define your own new working environment.
